Meeting someone you met online carries risks. Read our safety tips in the app, meet in public places and never send money. We don't run background checks on members.
4. Your content
You own the photos and text you add. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, display and process them only to run Anew. We remove your content when you delete it or your account, as described in the privacy policy.
5. Reports and enforcement
We review reports and may warn you, hide your profile, end your conversations or remove your account if you break these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice. Profiles reported by several verified members are hidden while we review them. If you think we've made a mistake, email us.
6. Anew Plus
Anew is free to use. Paid features (Anew Plus) are not yet available; their price and terms will be shown before you buy.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Your profile is hidden immediately and erased after 7 days. See how deletion works.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Anew is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it safe and available, but we don't guarantee matches, the conduct of members, or that the service will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the actions of other members on or off Anew. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. For important changes we'll notify you in the app before they apply. Continuing to use Anew means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Please contact us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly.
